This month’s image is of Bamburgh Beach in Northumberland, where I spent an absolutely wonderful three days last month. We had snow, sleet, rain, sunshine, horses… it was worth every early start and occasional wet extremities.

Bamburgh is a favourite spot and if you haven’t visited I urge you to. The whole section of coast around the town is magical and wild. You will need many layers of clothing but it will be worth it, I promise.

2023 promises to be an interesting year as I have some grand plans. I wish you a peaceful and healthy New Year and look forward to bringing you many more images in the months to come.
