Autumn

At this time of year, we photographers get very excited about autumn colour and early morning mist. I shall be off to Westonbirt Arboretum soon and Stourhead too as the colours are impossible to resist. The shot above is from my garden where the hydrangeas are fading beautifully.

Given that, it seems perverse to be going to Puglia for a week but that’s where I’m headed. I’ll be visiting Matera and Alberobello so look out for the results next month.

As Christmas is coming I’ll be at several local markets with a selection of framed prints and fine art cards during October and November, starting this Saturday the 15th at Bear Flat Community Market in the Methodist Church in Bruton Avenue.
