The first step is for me to visit you for a chat about what you need and how I could help. Generally this is free of charge although travel costs may be charged for visits over 50 miles from Bradford on Avon, and these will be agreed before the visit.

After this first visit, I confirm my understanding of the brief and provide a quotation for design fees. If we go ahead, I ask for 50% of the design fee on engagement.

I then work on the design, and usually provide more than one option per room. We refine this to an agreed scheme and I provide a costing for that scheme along with samples of finishes and fabrics, and details of other items specified. At this stage the balance of the fee is payable.

After this stage is complete, we make it happen. I don’t usually charge any further fees for this, but if I do have to then I agree these with you beforehand.
